Bodiscent was born from one simple idea – that true freshness starts from within.
What began as a personal discovery in a kitchen has evolved into a growing South African wellness brand built on care, innovation and honesty.
At Bodiscent, we believe confidence should be effortless, clean and kind to your body.
The story started with Cheryl, whose Caribbean heritage and deep family roots in natural healing shaped her lifelong curiosity about wellness. Inspired by a conversation with her mother, who noticed that a homemade green juice left her feeling fresher than ever, Cheryl began exploring how the body processes odour from the inside.
After experimenting, researching and refining, she created a capsule that worked with the body’s microbiome rather than masking scent on the surface. The result was something new, a naturally inspired way to feel fresh, confident and comfortable all day.
That was the beginning of Bodiscent.
Celeste crafts Bodiscent’s complementary products including the hand wash, creams and other body care additions that complete the range. Her journey into wellness began through her own healing. After years of health challenges and frustration with synthetic products, she turned to nature, studied ingredients and taught herself how to formulate safe, effective and honest products.

Welcome brings energy, focus and strategy to the Bodiscent team. With a background in sport and business, he understands the importance of confidence, endurance and practicality. His role is to keep the brand moving, from partnerships and growth to making sure the Bodiscent message reaches more people across the world.
